After the earthquake in Nepal at the end of April, our team began with the reconstruction of the school of the mountain village Judeegaun. Despite the monsoon rains they are making good progress: The canteen and the first of the two school buildings are already standing. Overall, the school will consist of three school buildings, the canteen and the janitorial office, a toilet complex and a storehouse. “We are building a school for the future,” says logistician Jürgen Maul. ” A school that offers the approximately 300 children from the lowest caste the opportunity to learn in good conditions. The school is expected to open in late March next year. Until then, the game and football field should be completed.
