No other project we serve as long as our project in the Nuba mountains. At the end of the 90s, we set up a hospital in this region in the south of Sudan, which we continue to maintain and expand despite all the dangers and obstacles. We offer our patients a broad range of counseling and treatment options as well as the option of being hospitalized in the event of serious illnesses, being operated on if needed and receiving aftercare. The doctors and nurses we send here not only work practically on the patient, but also train the local staff permanently in all departments. With meanwhile six outposts within about 100 kilometers of our hospital we were able to significantly expand our help.
In the fifth part of our new video series we give an insight into the daily life in our hospital in the Nuba mountains.
